According to https://cirruslabs.org/, [Cirrus CI](https://github.com/cirruslabs/cirrus-ci-docs) will shut down effective Monday, June 1, 2026. So it could make sense to think about moving to GHA, or so. I've tried this already last year in https://github.com/bitcoin-core/packaging/pull/283, but failed.
