Updated @bitcoinerlab/configs to v2.0.0 (TypeScript 5.9, TypeDoc 0.28+)
Migrated from rollup-plugin-commonjs to @rollup/plugin-commonjs
Added external deps config to Rollup to avoid bundling and warnings
Fixed TypeDoc warnings by changing @Function to lowercase @function


          chore: upgrade configs and rollup, fix @function tags for new TypeDoc
