This pull request removes ec.js and sec.js from the library, and uses the cross-compatible library ecurve instead.
That library is better tested, similarly structured and allows us to keep bitcoinjs-lib specific to Bitcoin functionality.

@kyledrake coveralls dying Node 0.10 but not 0.11. Any ideas why? It is doing this on master also.
