This pull request adds a fully automated daily vehicle tax system for the ESX framework. The system retrieves owned vehicles directly from the database, calculates tax based on vehicle categories defined in the config, and automatically deducts the tax amount from players' bank accounts. Collected taxes are deposited into the society_government account. Notifications inform players of successful payments or insufficient funds.
