Back in #88, 'workspaces' were renamed to 'spaces'. This terminology isn't feeling right to me, so this renames the concept back to 'workspaces', which I think is clearer.
Also fixes an issue introduced in #113 where the 'secure' flag wasn't correctly being passed through in the worker to the blobs manager. And improves the handling in the server of the state of executions that get assigned to workers that then crash.
