Patch release for private API key configuration and verdict caching.\n\n- Replaces apiKeyEnv with private challenge option apiKey.\n- Removes promptVersion because the final prompt is already included in cache identity by hash.\n- Adds a private JSON verdict cache keyed by SHA-256 over provider/model config, community context, target content, and final prompt hash.\n- Keeps raw prompt text and API key out of the cache file.\n\nnpm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@bitsocial/ai-moderation-challenge/v/0.1.1
