Crash on iPad

Hi,

When you want to add an attachment, the app closes.

Not occurring on iPhone so looks to be something iPad specific.

On iPhone, you can select the image, but you don’t have an « done / add » button to validate the file. I do not know if it's the intended behavior.

Can you confirm what version you are using? I see the save button on mine.
