Android fails to connect to self hosted Server

Hi,
i'm experiencing a strange problem with my bitwarden installation.
Somehow some of my Android phone aren't able to connect to the server while others have no problem with it.
It seems to be the same error as in this issue but the given solution (combined server and CA certificate) isn't working for me.
I have no idea what is causing this problem on some of my devices.

Seemed closer to what I am experiencing with self signed.
