Status bar glitches when the colour does not match

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to 'app'
2. Click on 'any item, and close, or swipe the app to the recents view, not fully to the recent, just swip and hold so you see bw and come back to the app'
3. Scroll down to '...'
4. Click on '...'

Although this is very random, starts happening out of blue and sometime unable to reproduce. The glitch type, effect and visibility are also different at diff times

The glitch occurs when the status bar colour does not match the app colour.
