[PM-27151] Missing mention of supported Android versions in README.md file

Steps To Reproduce

Attempt to install the application from Google Play on a device with Android v. 8.0 installed.

Expected Result

The README.md file informing at header "Compatibility" that devices for Android whose types are phone and tablet being supported, that without mentioning versions, it can be concluded that any version is supported.

Actual Result

Google Play informs the application not to be supported on this device. Its section "About this app" informs "10 and up" at "Requires Android". This requirement being one of the most relevant piece of information, it is therefore if any the one to communicate in this file to visitors of this repository.
