Bitwarden crashes when trying to log in.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Bitwarden
2. Click on "Login"
3. Crash occurs

Expected Result

Bitwarden should not crash when trying to login.

Actual Result

Bitwarden crashes when trying to login.
