Add search header to cipher list on watch
Code changes
Listto be aTrackableWithHeaderListViewnow, added the search header view. Also added interaction with the scroll to make the search header appear/disappear. Also update the scroll initial position when loading the ciphers to be in the avatar instead of the header. Furthermore, polished the code splitting the whole tree into different views on computed properties are also extracted the list item view into its own fileCipherItemViewScreenshots
