When closing a window using a shortcut, the "Close to tray icon" option does not work

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the settings.
2. Enable the "Close to tray icon" option.
3. Close the window using Ctrl+W.

Expected Result

It is expected to be closed to the tray icon, just like when clicking the close button in the upper right corner of the window.

Actual Result

Instead of closing to the tray icon, the Bitwarden process itself exits.
