After adding then deleting an attachment, can no longer access attachments

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open an existing note (in this case one that prompts for Master password) with one file attachment in Edge browser extension.
2. Add a new file attachment, upload works fine.
3. Click delete beside old attachment.
4. Confirm deletion.
5. Attachment still visible.
6. Save and reenter, all attachments are gone.
7. Attempt to add attachment, clicking upload does nothing.
8. Attempt to add attachment in web vault, clicking upload does nothing.

Expected Result

An attachment is deleted/added.

Actual Result

Button click does nothing.

Locking, logging out, etc. all make no difference. I no longer can use attachments which is a serious issue for my setup.

Unlike in #14160 (comment), logging into a new client (incognito web vault) does not allow me to view or upload any attachments, they are completely gone.

And unlike in #14150 (comment), logging into a new client and creating a new note or ID also does not allow me to upload an attachment, same behaviour as above.

Thank you. Edge and extension are up to date. The web vault and Android app are exhibiting similar behaviour. I will write back at the contact support link.

I can confirm this is close to the same behavior I am having. I would guess its related to all the other upload / delete attachment issues going on now.
