After adding then deleting an attachment, can no longer access attachments #14212

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open an existing note (in this case one that prompts for Master password) with one file attachment in Edge browser extension.
  2. Add a new file attachment, upload works fine.
  3. Click delete beside old attachment.
  4. Confirm deletion.
  5. Attachment still visible.
  6. Save and reenter, all attachments are gone.
  7. Attempt to add attachment, clicking upload does nothing.
  8. Attempt to add attachment in web vault, clicking upload does nothing.

Expected Result

An attachment is deleted/added.

Actual Result

Button click does nothing.

Additional Context

Locking, logging out, etc. all make no difference. I no longer can use attachments which is a serious issue for my setup.
