📔 Objective
The auth team's CODEOWNERS patterns cover the source projects (src/Identity, bitwarden_license/src/Sso) but not their corresponding test projects (test/Identity.Test, test/Identity.IntegrationTest, bitwarden_license/test/Sso.IntegrationTest). This means PRs touching auth test code don't automatically
request review from @bitwarden/team-auth-dev.
