High CPU usage

Stopped CliAmp use ~10% of MacBook Pro 4.
For reference -- mpg123 use ~1% when play local mp3 file.

From 10 to 7%. Version: 1.21.3 Its stopped state of player.

Can you give v1.21.4 a try? I haven't tested on mac, but I see a difference on Linux.

Tested on an M2, low CPU usage now. But please verify before I close this issue.

Tested, no significant difference between versions (tested few version from release to latest). After profiling, the CPU overhead appears to be an inherent cost of the beep/oto audio context. Load reduces slightly with larger buffers (--buffer-ms 500) but that's just the callback firing less often. Dead end. Let's close issue.
