🎨 Review Document Creator: Style & UX Improvements

• Updated styling: The layout, typography, and button styles have been improved for a consistent look across the plugin.
• Progress indicator: The widget now shows step-by-step progress feedback at the bottom ("Creating review document…" → "Opening document…" → "✅ Successfully created…"), matching the pattern used by the Batch Card Priority widget.

✏️ Renamed: "Review & Open" → "Review in Editor"

The "Review & Open" button in the Answer Buttons bar has been renamed to "Review in Editor" to better describe its actual behavior — rescheduling the item and opening it in the editor with the timer running. The wiki documentation has been updated accordingly.

🔀 Editor Review Timer: "End Review" Without Navigation

When the Editor Review Timer was started from the queue or an IncRem list, it previously only showed "End Review and Back to Queue" (or "…Back to IncRem List"). The widget now shows both:

1. End Review and Back to Queue / IncRem List (green, primary) — same behavior as before.
2. End Review (gray, secondary) — performs all the same review logic (records time, updates SRS, clears timer) but stays in the editor without navigating back.

This is useful when you want to continue working in the editor after finishing a timed review session.
