Is there a SPAM filter ?? , or a way to Block Email Addresses ?

I am getting some SPAM/Phishing emails that seem to be from the same email address , each claiming to be some place different , but I can't find any place where I can Block a Email Address or block specific emails from showing up in my Inbox , they are all marked as Junk , but they keep shoing up , I am guessing because each email content is different , however the Email Address is the same , so I want to be able to Block the Specific Email Address

Can this be done ?? , If so , How ?? , as I can't find any kind of Filter system like Windows Mail had (or most every email program has for that matter)
