Please include:

• Install command used: pip install checkpoint-cli, uv tool install checkpoint-cli, or source install.
• OS and Python version.
• The first command that felt confusing or failed.
• The exact error output if there was one.
• Whether you completed checkpoint setup-user -> checkpoint init -> checkpoint continue.

The launch priority is making the first minute boring, clear, and trustworthy.
