Complete v2.0 rewrite in Go and React

• Replaced legacy PHP backend with standalone high-performance Go binary
• Built touch-first React + TypeScript + Tailwind SPA with interactive timeline & multi-cam live view
• Added SQLite WAL indexing with batch crawler for Hikvision binary & SQLite storage indexes
• Implemented real-time WebSocket snapshot streaming and on-the-fly FFmpeg clip remuxing
• Added camera management, bookmarking, digital zoom/pan, and argon2/bcrypt JWT authentication
• Configured multi-stage Dockerfile and Docker Compose using bkbillybk/hikvision_site image
