Hotfix Windows: move the Zalo QR card to the top-right area inside the drop-link card, matching the marked layout. Keeps v1.1.3 cancel controls and process-tree kill behavior.

Important notes

• macOS builds are currently unsigned, so Gatekeeper may show an unidentified developer warning.
• macOS Intel build is still pending GitHub runner availability and is not included in this release yet.
• DucDrop bundles yt-dlp and ffmpeg sidecars; those projects keep their original licenses.
