Version bump 0.8.0 -> 0.8.1 + CHANGELOG. Ships PR #27 (1 CRIT + 8 HIGH, PURPLE: SHIP). On merge, Auto-Tag creates v0.8.1 -> release.yml builds arm64 + cargo-audit/deny gate + CycloneDX SBOM + keyless provenance + Homebrew. 0.8.0 users should upgrade (B4-1 CRIT).
