Enhancements

• Added additional styling to embedded dashboards so that a user in the Editor role will see the same behavior as a user in the Embedded Dashboard Only role. The changes are to hide the lock icon for locked dashboards, and to hide the report flyout link above each report. This link has differing functionality between Editors and Embedded users, and for Editors contains functionality that is not desirable for an embedded experience.
