[Support]: why are the per centages in this screenshot different from one another?

Hello all

1. why are the two % figures different?
2. what does the large number (22676) to the RHS of the bounding box mean? I think it is either the number of pixels contained within the bounding box, or it's the number of pixels assumed to be the object contained within the bounding box.

(I searched for % and per cent and percent and per centage and percentage and confidence but I wasn't able to derive an answer).
