Is go2rtc required for WebRTC -> Home Assistant? #16305

I have all sorts of issues with go2rtc e.g. streams dropping out, previews going black (etc). I've pretty much confirmed this is a go2rtc issue as I ran my own go2rtc instance in another container and the same thing happened. When I use RTSP streams directly within Frigate, they're stable and never drop. But, the downside is that I can't get WebRTC streams into Home Assistant anymore. That said, I'm sure I read somewhere that WebRTC into Home Assistant can be done without go2rtc. Is that accurate or is go2rtc mandatory for WebRTC -> Home Assistant to function? I've got the candidate IP address and stun setting in my configuration and the my firewall isn't blocking anything. |
