Add canned responses

Add support for users to define their own canned responses they can add to the message box. Ideally, this should also include placeholders to mention OP, mention your own username, and other similar placeholders that may be useful. The actual format should also ideally be organized into categories, followed by the actual templates, much similar to RES (Reddit Enhancement Suite)'s macros.

Append to formButtonGroup-extra, make sure not to use actual buttons as those trigger the form submit action. Can use an anchor tag with classes button and button--link.

EDIT: Using span for dropdowns, entries yet to be decided (probably spans as well). To center in the bottom bar, use:

Category is optional, name and category are denoted by starting -. Everything following that that isn't a === is considered part of the response (=== in theory shouldn't be used in actual text much, and would need to be at the start of a line anyhow (can add a space in front to prevent it from matching))

Regex to match:

EDIT: Decided to make category required to prevent overflow of bar
