ECMWF has a nice dissemination schedule for IFS/AIFS products: https://confluence.ecmwf.int/display/DAC/Dissemination+schedule. Does anyone know of something similar for NOAA models?
I've historically relied on trial and error and referenced info in https://github.com/SolarArbiter/solarforecastarbiter-core/blob/master/solarforecastarbiter/io/fetch/nwp.py. The SFA info is a bit dated, but seems to still be accurate based on a spot-check of the HRRR sfc grib files on AWS. SFA says the first forecasts are typically available 45 minutes after initialization time, and the last files are available (on average) 75 minutes after that.
