View 100: If the model is private intercept the click and ask the user to login

As a user, I want to receive a specific message when I try to access a private model, so that I understand why I cannot view it and know the steps to gain access to the model.

Tasks

• User tries to view a private model
  • A message is displayed explaining why the model cannot be accessed
  • A message contains a link to login dialog

Message:
The model cannot be displayed because it is private.
To gain access:

1. Login(Link to login dialog) to Share using GitHub credentials
2. Contact the model owner for access privileges
