Fixes #5

  • Introduce a PowerShell-standard demo runner (Invoke-IdleDemo.ps1)
  • Support listing, selecting and executing multiple example workflows
  • Provide structured demo output (Validate → Plan → Execute → Results → Event stream)
  • Add minimal interactive selection when no parameters are provided
  • Keep implementation strictly in examples/ (no engine changes)
