I am trialing blink.sh on my iPhone to check in on various tasks/agents running on different machines (fantastic especially with mosh on macOS and Linux machines! Although wish there was something similar to nosh for Windows/Powershell for work I have to run on there).
Hope to do like the following in the blink terminal:
alias b='ssh whatever'
Possible? Can’t find a solution other than probably not.
I use herdr (herdr.dev) on all machines I SSH into. Fantastic improvement on tmux. However, I have the prefix key set to f12 and I’d rather not change it to accommodate work from the phone. How do I send function keys through without connecting a keyboard? I can’t be the only one who needs this. For some reason the custom shortcut mapping needs a physical keyboard connected to do a mapping, so I’m doubtful if I do that whether it’ll even stick when the keyboard is disconnected. Aha! Smart Keys bar visibly shows F8–F12 behind F2–F6 with CMD selected, but I can’t find any gesture or modifier to access them. Swiping doesn’t work, Shift doesn’t work, and the docs don’t seem to mention it. How do I send F12 from the software keyboard?
Smart keys config have no options available on an iPhone. Which also makes little sense to me (I’d love to modify even the order of smart keys, let alone add custom ones).
