Cannot find the R1 and R2 files for step 3

Hello,

I was wondering where I would get the R1 and R2 files from for step three of 'Create blobtoolkit dataset, also known as blobdir' in the future learn tutorial?
minimap2 -ax sr -t 30 assembly.fasta \
trimmed.R1.fastq trimmed.R2.fastq \
| samtools sort -@30 -O BAM -o coverage.bam -
