[codex] Reorient Ghost fingerprints around schema layers

Summary

• Reorients fingerprint.yml around prose, inventory, and composition as the v1 schema shape.
• Updates checks grounding, scan readiness, context bundles, docs, skill recipes, dogfood fingerprints, and generated CLI help to use the layer-native vocabulary.
• Cleans public memory terminology, renames confusing JSON fields, and adds a terminology guard so future-version markers and old operational memory phrases do not drift back in.
