Add new documentation for the sidebar customization feature introduced in PR #6645. Users can now change the sidebar's style (tile/list), position (left/right/top/bottom), and mode (push/overlay), as well as reorder and hide navigation items. - New guide: documentation/docs/guides/desktop-navigation.md - Add quick tip linking to the new guide in tips.md
