Captures the Phase 8.5 pre-walk Q&A gap — food_toxins.yaml ships dog/cat-only categories, so non-dog/cat photos silently skip hazard screening per DECISIONS row 107's species filter. v1.2 expands the YAML with curated toxin categories for bird, small- mammal, rabbit, reptile, fish (exotic stays unmapped, mirroring the v1 species-picker scope). Zero Dart changes — YAML + matching fixtures only, per row 107's ≥10-phrasing floor enforced by food_hazards_fixture_test.dart.

Notes warn against widening appliesToSpecies to over-warn for non-matching species (every-photo-coral-alert fatigue would devalue the medical-attention register entirely).
