Splines: what each end of a spline tells you, and where the selection color goes once an anchor is picked. Corrects the claim that anchors appear only while a spline is open for editing. Pen: the three badges beside the cursor, and the refusal to stack a second anchor on one that is already there. Shift-insert takes the nearest extreme or inflection, not only an extreme. Selection: anchors across more than one spline, Tab and Shift-Tab, Return, Shift-Delete. Reverse Direction, Convert to Spline and Cut Spline each name their right-click form alongside the palette form.
