Edits: selection gains anchor selection and the nudge multipliers; transform-tools gains the bound-anchor refusal; transform-mirror says a spline reflects as a copy; edit-reverse-direction says a spline turns its anchors around; import and file-import-svg say an import is a path until converted; layers-panel tells Pth from Spl; the Draw and Edit menu listings gain the four commands. Diagrams: the anchor and handle legend, and the four Pen gestures. node-flatten now says why it exists, which is the weld; node-weld-seams says its Across Groups default changed. Also carries the node page work that was sitting uncommitted.
