FilmCraft 0.9.0, publik build 2.

This is publik's build of storytold/filmcraft by echelon, Apache-2.0.

What publik adds:

• AI through the publik API, or through your own key. The first launch shows one card. "Later" closes it for good.
• Sequence menu, AI submenu: Transcribe to Captions (the selected clip, or the sequence mix from In to Out, becomes a new caption track, one undo step) and Voice-over from Text (a text and a voice become an audio clip at the playhead, one undo step).
• Preferences > AI holds the same choice.

What publik changes in the package:

• macOS: signed with publik's Developer ID, notarized, stapled. Bundle id com.publik.filmcraft.
• Windows: not in this release. It follows when publik's Windows signing is live.
