GridCraft 0.8.0, publik build 2.

This is publik's build of storytold/gridcraft by echelon, Apache-2.0.

What publik adds:

• AI through the publik API, or through your own key. The first launch shows one card. "Later" closes it for good.
• Formulas tab: AI Formula (a formula from a description) and Explain Selection.
• File > Options > AI holds the same choice.

What publik changes in the package:

• macOS: signed with publik's Developer ID, notarized, stapled. Bundle id com.publik.gridcraft.
• Windows: not in this release. It follows when publik's Windows signing is live.
