VectorCraft 0.13.1, publik build 3.

This is publik's build of storytold/vectorcraft by echelon, Apache-2.0.

What publik adds:

• AI through the publik API, or through your own key. The first launch shows one card. "Later" closes it for good.
• Object menu, AI submenu: Generate Image (a prompt and a Square / Landscape / Portrait choice; the image is placed embedded on the current artboard, one undo step) and Generate and trace (the same, then Image Trace with the Default preset).
• Preferences > AI holds the same choice.

New in this build:

• Image generation sends one square size. The shape picker no longer offers sizes the publik API does not serve.
• The preferences AI line shows the live publik balance and the claim state. It no longer shows a stale "$0.00 · link this computer" line or a "Sign in with publik" button.
• The launcher reads this build's number from the app bundle, so an installed build no longer shows as an update forever.

What publik changes in the package:

• macOS: signed with publik's Developer ID, notarized, stapled. Bundle id com.publik.vectorcraft.
• Windows: not in this release. It follows when publik's Windows signing is live.
