Export `invalidTest` to matchers to consistently fail when used incorrectly

Since invalidTest is not exported, it cannot be used by matchers to fail due to incorrect usage.

To promote consistency in test reports, it would be beneficial to have this, or an equivalent mechanism, available as an exported capability.
