This PR lets us easily use NuGet packages in the Unity project

  • Using the UnityCsprojNuget package
  • More read: Using modern .Net tools with Unity
  • Usage: generate the project files with the Build button whenever adding new nuget packages
  • The existing Json.NET and Emgu.CV libraries in the project are now managed by nuget
