xpress (stub)

This is a stub R package for the XPRESS Solver.

It exists so that packages listing xpress in Enhances (e.g., CVXR) can pass CRAN checks via r-universe.

Installing the real package

The full xpress R package is distributed by FICO and requires a license and a free community license is available. See the FICO XPRESS website.
