Fix/boba bnb tsx hash

Changes:

• fix for max amount selection with deduction of exit and bridge fee
• force reset amount on changing token
• removed lazy loading from bridging component to have good experience on UI
• fix & cleaning up fetching bnb balance fees
• cleanup fetching balance and fees alerts from receiveAmount
• fetching bnb fees and alerts from TokenAmount along with fix for max tokne selection with deduct function
• implement the bridge fee estimation for light bridge
• fetch estimation of light bridge fee teleport asset and deduct the same amount from max post check
• saving light bridge fee in bridge store.
• fix to fetch the exit fee only with boba token or l2 native token.
• Fix for xChain Relay token check on boba bnb while withdrawal of other tokens.
• Loading light bridge transaction from BOBA BNB <> BOBA ETH & ARB => BOBA ETH or OP => BOBAETH
