Docs: please explain how the coffescript based install works

The README.md file does not include many informations. And thus installation is not straightforward

Installation
============

After installing the dependencies (coffeescript, chaco, etc.), run the following:

git clone git://github.com/ContinuumIO/Bokeh.git
cd Bokeh
python coffeebuild.py
pip install .

@hhuuggoo has been working on re-jiggering how we're pulling in Coffeescript, and I think the overall build process will be different...

Ah, so I deduct that you recommend me to wait some time...

so, now setup.py pulls the js from a repo that we've built with the compiled js., so you no longer have to build coffeescript to use Bokeh, only to develop Bokeh.
