Track fixed vars

We apply search strategies to unfixed variables.
We will use SparseSet ADT, as it allows an effective removal of elements from the list.

• On every search iteration, the parent space will pass the tracker to the child spaces.
• Child spaces will use the tracker for filtering out the unfixed variables in the search stage.
