MCP bare command resolution fixed for Docker. Kanban worker SIGTERM fix. Full skills.sh catalog (858 → 19,932 entries). Hindsight narrowed to observation-only.

v2026.5.29.2 — Packaging fix: bundled plugin.yaml manifests now shipped in wheel and sdist.
