Clear filter when navigating to VMs page

Issue

When on a filtered page (e.g., https://exe.dev/?filter=somename) and clicking the "VMs" navigation button, nothing happens. The filter remains active, which is confusing.

Expected Behavior

Clicking "VMs" should clear the filter and display all VMs, providing a clearer user experience.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://exe.dev/?filter=somename
2. Create an instance
3. Click the "VMs" button
4. Observe that nothing happens and the filter is still active

Additional Notes

This is a UX issue where the navigation doesn't provide expected feedback or behavior change.
