Allow use from global install

Add way to configure mt_options in a home config file (like on "drobadi" project)
Be able to use mt commands directly after npm global install

The v2.2.2 will contain mt as binary but in order to test before committing this issue, it will be "officially" embeded in a future version with full doc about this use.

If someone know the way to define "mt" as binary instead (or in addition) to project-name as binary, I would really be happy to get that !
