Travis-CI migartion from legacy to container-based infrastructure

This pull request addresses issue #481.

There's a problem, we use packages that are not white-listed on Travis CI:

fglrx=2:8.960-0ubuntu1, libboost-chrono1.48-dev, libboost-date-time1.48-dev, libboost-test1.48-dev,
libboost-system1.48-dev, libboost-filesystem1.48-dev, libboost-timer1.48-dev,
libboost-program-options1.48-dev, libboost-thread1.48-dev

• fglrx (without =2:8.960-0ubuntu1) is already pending for being white-listed (support issue APT whitelist request for fglrx travis-ci/travis-ci#4228)
• libboost-XXX1.48-dev can be replaced with 1.55 versions or requested for white-list on Travis CI (support issue APT whitelist request for libboost1.48-all-dev travis-ci/travis-ci#4438)

Thanks for looking into this! Yeah, looks like we'll have to wait for at least the fglrx packages are available.

As the offending bits were found in binary files, I don't know if we can enable this. Sorry.

It seems that fglrx won't be white-listed.
