A bunch of open issues by @yacn

This is a reminder that @yacn experienced a bunch of open issues and he wrote up them in the post http://yacn.me/2014/03/07/migrate-dvm-to-boot2docker/

We should iron out those rough edges.

This would be a lot more actionable if we opened a separate issue for each problem. :)

@tianon Definitely! Some of the issues @yacn pointed out are actively being worked out by @SvenDowideit and @gmlewis right now so it's more of a moving target. @yacn will test against the latest master branch, and hopefully we'll have a clear picture about what's not working right then :)

Haven't been working as many hours lately and haven't used boot2docker in a while. I can take a look over the weekend though.
